Responsibilities:
— Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision;
— Strive for insights based on the cooperation with users, data and colleagues;
— Create product plans and roadmaps in cooperation with senior management and peers;
— Enforce data driven culture: from idea assessment to the features performance tracking;
— Lead product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams;
— Rally other product teams and cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes;
— Assess market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors’ products;
— Bring new satellite products to market to empower the main platform;
— Evangelise product culture within the organization.
Requirements:
— 5+ years of experience in product management within dynamic, agile environments. Consumer-facing product experience or complex platform are preferred;
— Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams like engineering, design, marketing and data science;
— Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence leadership and other teams;
— Strong business sense and a real passion for using data to make decisions.
Main goals:
— Grow user base on the platform through: new acquisitions and migration from the existing platform;
— Improve behavioral and business metrics overtime, starting with a comparison to the current platform;
— Define product vision in our turbulent environment;
— Form a team focused on the business outcomes.
